“ Im from SC and went to Charlotte for a concert and stopped here for lunch. Location is just 5 minutes off the interstate in a beautiful town. The environment was modern and clean. The employees were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their menu and gave their best recommendations for what we were looking for. The pizza was one of the best I’ve ever had. Came out quickly and enjoyed our lunch. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Had a great experience and would definitely recommend. Hope to be back soon! ”

“ I can't say enough positive things about Inizio. Not only is the pizza amazing, but their customer service is above & beyond. Every employee I've ever interacted with goes out of their way to make sure you're being taken care of. Last week, I was trying to order delivery via 3rd party for my kids & babysitter and couldn't get the right combination of "yes this" and "no that". To be fair, it was a very picky order with various food sensitivities/allergies, and 3rd party services in particular aren't always well-suited to handle that level of customization. I'm unfortunately used to having to work through these difficult orders but usually do it in person. I was about to punt and order something different for the boys but decided to try calling to see if there was any way to get the order correct. I had the pleasure of dealing with Cody, who quickly understood what I was trying to order and then made it happen. I know these types of calls are such a PITA for our restaurants. Not only was Cody extremely helpful & polite, he actually thanked me for pointing out that they needed to tweak some things with the 3rd party delivery interface. Cody took note of everything we were trying to order, told me what to put into the 3rd party app, then said he'd watch for it to come through & personally make sure it was prepared the way we needed it. The food alone had me coming back over & over, but the customer service & customer appreciation has won you a raving fan. We're so glad to have you in Fort Mill & hope this helps continue your success in our community. ”

“ Lets start with what MADE me need to review; we asked for a light bake so when it came out over (regular) they automatically called for a rebake, came over to update us & apologize, then offered us the overcooked one so it wasn't waisted!! I gladly took since it wasn't my request. Otherwise the place is aesthetic, clean, plenty of indoor/outdoor seating & parking, pizza was soft with tangy sauce. We are happy to call it our favorite spot being lovers of Napoletana Italian pizza. Loved the margherita pizza & pistachio cannoli and being able to see the chefs create each pizza handling the dough with care and evenly spreading ingredients. Reasonably priced, happy to pay for better ingredients. ”
